How the Patient Score Works: Our Methodology
See how we rate telehealth providers. Our Patient Score combines patient reviews, safety data and service reliability into one number you can trust.
How the Patient Score Works
We combine three sources of truth into one score.
What goes into your Patient Score
Each provider gets rated on what matters: patient feedback, safety records and how reliably they deliver care.
Patient reviews come from verified visits. We don't allow unverified claims or incentivised feedback. The score reflects actual experience.
Safety data includes board certifications, malpractice history and regulatory action records. This is public information we surface clearly.
Service reliability measures appointment availability, response times and whether patients can actually reach their doctor when scheduled.
No marketing spend changes your score. No paid placement bumps you up. We weight each factor by what patients tell us matters most when choosing a provider.
Why we built it this way
Every telehealth platform claims to be the best. None show you the maths. We do. The Patient Score is built for comparison: you can see exactly why one provider scores higher than another, and whether that reason matters to you.
We update scores as new data arrives. A provider's score shifts when patient feedback changes, when safety records update, or when service reliability improves or declines.
